Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Paralegal to join our in-house legal team in Las Vegas, NV. This role is ideal for a candidate with foundational paralegal experience, particularly in contract review and administration. The Junior Paralegal will support the legal department with the preparation, review, and administration of contracts and legal documents, and will work closely with other departments to support operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the review, redlining, and tracking of commercial contracts, including distributor, customer, vendor, confidentiality, and service contracts.
Organize, maintain, and update contract records, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and timely tracking of contract lifecycles.
Respond to internal inquiries regarding document status, terms, and procedures, and facilitate contract approvals and signatures via DocuSign.
Provide timely support to the company in general with various projects as needed, such as but not limited to corporate transactions, compliance research and regulatory filings.
Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or internal memos as needed.
Work to ensure company practices are consistent with internal policies and legal requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Associate degree required; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program preferred.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or contract administrator (in-house or law firm).
Familiarity with basic contract terms and legal documents, including experience with drafting contracts and amendments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Experience with health-care laws, regulatory matters, and compliance issues is a plus, but not required.
