A prominent law firm located in downtown Chicago is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Junior Paralegal to join their growing team! The Junior Paralegal will provide comprehensive administrative and project support for multiple attorneys and paralegals. Responsibilities will include trial preparation assistance, scheduling meetings and depositions, and drafting, compiling, and organizing all legal documents. The salary range for this role is $50-70k with a benefits package that includes major Medical, Dental, Vision, L & D Insurance, & 401(k).
Responsibilities of the Junior Paralegal:
Provide comprehensive support to various attorneys and paralegals
Assist with trial preparation and arrange necessary materials
Schedule meetings and depositions
Prepare, review, and distribute legal documents with discretion
Conduct research and maintain and organize files and data
Additional projects and tasks as needed
Requirements of the Junior Paralegal:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro
Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pleasant, outgoing, and tenacious attitude
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
