What To Do
Provide legal support for marketing and advertising activities in the iGaming sector, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
Providing legal support on corporate law matters
Provide legal support for marketing and advertising activities, especially in the iGaming sector
Monitor legal developments and conduct research on advertising, data protection, and commercial law across various GEOs
Assist internal teams on general legal matters and contribute to cross-functional projects
Draft and review standard contracts, Terms & Conditions, NDAs, and other legal templates
Perform other duties within the Legal Department as assigned
We Expect
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law
At least 1 year of legal experience, ideally in IT, digital marketing, or iGaming
Basic understanding of contract law and commercial arrangements
Legal drafting skills in both English and Russian
Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) is required
High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
Willingness to learn, grow, and work in a fast-paced international team
Strong knowledge of corporate law
Experience working with influencers, sponsorships, or ambassador agreements
Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, German, etc.)
Experience participating in negotiations and the ability to clearly and confidently articulate legal positions
