A leading Chinese law firm (Red Circle) is expanding its Hong Kong office and is actively recruiting junior to mid-level associates to join its growing Fintech and Financial Services practice.
Practice Areas
The role will focus on cutting-edge work across:
· Fintech & digital assets (including finance technology, blockchain and virtual asset regulatory matters)
· AI-related legal and regulatory issues
· Derivatives and structured products
· Real World Assets (RWA) / tokenisation projects
· Financing and structured finance transactions
Requirements
· 1–8 years PQE in any legal practice area (prior experience in banking, finance, capital markets, tech or regulatory work is an advantage but not essential)
· Strong academic background and excellent legal research & drafting skills
· Genuine interest in emerging technology and financial innovation; knowledge of the above is a plus but not mandatory
· Ability to work under pressure, strong sense of responsibility, and eagerness to learn
· Based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen
