Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research on property laws and regulations
Analysing and interpreting legal documents related to property transactions
Drafting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and deeds
Assisting with property title searches and due diligence processes
Supporting senior legal professionals in property litigation and negotiation
Communicating with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders regarding property matters
Staying updated on changes in property laws and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
1-2 years of experience in property law or related legal fields
Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and procedures
Excellent research and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in legal software and research tool
