We’re Hiring: Junior Legal Advisor | Remote
We are currently looking for a Junior Legal Advisor to join the legal function of an international business group with companies and operations across Spain, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and several African markets.
The successful candidate will work closely with me and provide legal support across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters involving different companies within the group.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting the Lead Legal Advisor with day-to-day legal matters and assigned tasks
• Drafting, reviewing, and adapting contracts, agreements, legal letters, and other corporate documents.
• Assisting with national and international corporate law matters.
• Preparing corporate documentation and supporting company-related procedures.
• Conducting legal research across different jurisdictions.
• Coordinating with external lawyers, advisors, public authorities, and international service providers.
• Supporting compliance-related matters and the organisation of the group’s legal documentation.
Candidate profile:
• Law degree.
• Between 1 and 2 years of professional experience.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Strong legal drafting skills in both languages.
• General knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
• Interest in international law and cross-border matters.
• Organised, proactive, responsible, and able to manage a variety of legal tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to gain practical experience in an international, dynamic, and multidisciplinary business environment.
