International firm with offices in Dublin 4 are expanding – these are brand new roles with lots of opportunity to grow and learn!
Working across Dispute Resolution, Insolvency and Employment you will part of a team of two supporting a busy team.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing documents including briefs and booklets
- Opening files
- Maintaining client database
- Coordinating calendars for fee-earners
- AML checks and client onboarding
- Billing
- Ad hoc administration
This role would suit someone currently working in litigation in a small or medium sized firm. If you have experience using PractiveEvolve it would be advantageous. You will be ready for the step up to a larger, more commercial environment. In this role you will be based fully onsite at their offices just on the Dublin 2 / Dublin 4 border, this is well served by both Bus and Dart.
