This Junior Legal Counsel will join a growing company that has seen significant growth across the business over the last year, with great projections and continued plans for expansion. Due to this, the company is expanding its legal department and are eager to onboard a driven and diligent lawyer looking to build an in-house career.
You will form part of a total team of three, which in turn will offer you both a dynamic day-to-day with a variety of tasks, as well as superb mentorship, the company has a track record investing in their employees and are looking for the stars of tomorrow to work with them.

You will:
Provide legal support to a variety of departments internally;
Draft, review and manage contracts with external parties;
Liaise with external counsel;
Support with regulatory and compliance matters as required.
Experience:
Warranted Advocate in Malta
1+ years PQE
Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, preferably commercial contracts
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 30,000 – 35,000 DOE
