An expanding international company is seeking a proactive Junior Commercial Lawyer/Legal Counsel to support its European and UK teams on a wide range of local and cross-border commercial legal matters. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and working closely with the legal team, this role offers an opportunity to work on diverse legal issues that directly impact business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Advise internal teams in the EU and UK on various legal matters, with a focus on commercial issues.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts.
Assist with legal processes, project management, and coordination.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments to ensure compliance with EU and UK laws.
Support the creation of internal resources to promote legal awareness and compliance.
Your Profile:
Law degree with relevant qualifications to practice in the EU or UK.
1-3 years of experience in commercial law (in-house or private practice).
Strong understanding of EU and UK legal frameworks.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
