What do we expect?

As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will be part of an international organisation operating worldwide across industries such as automotive, metal processing, and logistics. Working closely with colleagues from various disciplines, you will help the organisation manage legal risks and support responsible business practices.
No two days are the same. One day, you may be reviewing an NDA or supplier agreement; the next, you’ll be researching a legal issue, supporting a compliance matter, or helping to draft a commercial contract. You will work closely with colleagues across the business and have the opportunity to grow your expertise in a dynamic, technical, and international environment. You’ll also play a role in exploring how AI and legal technology can help make legal processes smarter and more efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial reviews of commercial contracts, NDAs, and general terms and conditions using established guidelines and templates.
- Draft contract templates, agreements, and other legal documents to support the business.
- Perform standardised legal checks and identify points requiring further review.
- Support corporate housekeeping activities and monitor legal deadlines.
- Research legal questions and gather relevant information for colleagues and management.
- Contribute to compliance initiatives, legal procedures, and the overall legal awareness within the organisation.
- Support projects related to AI and legal technology, helping to identify opportunities to improve legal processes through innovation and automation.
