Requirements
Law Degree;
1-2 years of Legal experience, especially related to agreements or Due Diligence is a plus, but not mandatory;
Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus, but not mandatory;
Ability to analyze contractual provisions with attention to detail;
Proactive, organized, communicative and collaborative work style;
Good written and spoken English
Responsibilities
Assist in negotiating and drafting agreements and NDAs;
Assist in amending existing agreements;
Provide administrative support for legal documentation;
Participate in developing company policies on legal issues related to agreements and the Due Diligence/KYC process;
Assist with any other ongoing tasks related to agreements and Due Diligence/KYC (including, but not limited to: tracking agreements and Due Diligence status and progress, maintaining the agreement and Due Diligence databases, reviewing documents related to Due Diligence)
