Job Summary: As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with senior legal counsels to provide legal support and assistance in various practice areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or an individual with limited experience to gain hands-on experience in a professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
– Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements and briefs.
– Provide legal advice and support to clients under the supervision of senior legal counsels. – Maintain and organize legal file and documentation.
– Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the company’s practice areas.
– Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a Saudi law school.
– Strong academic record and a passion for the legal profession.
– Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
