Activités
Fixed-term contract 12 months.
The selected candidate will support the activities of the legal area. Specifically, they will be responsible for:
Legal assistance in drafting legal opinions in the fields of civil, administrative, and commercial law;
Conducting legal analyses and research on legislation and case law;
Providing legal support to TotalEnergies companies operating in Italy concerning the drafting and negotiation of national and international contracts;
Legal assistance related to corporate law matters;
Supporting the management of civil and administrative extrajudicial and judicial disputes;
Updating databases and archives related to company contracts and disputes;
Assisting in conducting anti-corruption due diligence
The selected candidate will report to the Senior Legal Counsel.

Degree in Law
