And kindly only apply if you speak fluent English and has experience handling compliance matters with CNBV and Condusef as these requirements are mandatory.
Role Description
This full-time, on-site Legal compliance role is based in Colonia Cuauhtémoc, CDMX. The persom will be primarily responsible for providing legal advice, managing matters related to CNBV and Condusef compliance. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, and handling liasion with regulators. The role requires ensuring adherence to local and international regulatory standards and providing sound legal counsel.
Qualifications
- Professional experience working with CNBV and Condusef regulations
- 2 to 5 years experience providing Legal Advice to Fintech/SOFOM business. (Please note this is not a senior position)
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Colonia Cuauhtémoc, CMX
- Prior experience in regulatory compliance or consultancy for international business is beneficial.
