Description
- Legal research on Polish and EU law, including preparation of analyses and memoranda
- Drafting and reviewing basic legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Supporting the preparation of legal opinions, due‑diligence reports, and client presentations
- Assisting in transactional and advisory projects under senior supervision
- Monitoring legislative changes and case law developments relevant to client matters
- Day‑to‑day cooperation with lawyers from other offices within the international firm
- Supporting ongoing client relationships and internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives
Profile

Required:
- Master's degree in Law (completed or in the final stage of studies)
- 0-2 years of professional experience, including internships, traineeships, or junior associate roles
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
- Motivation to learn, develop, and work in a demanding, high‑quality legal environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in an international law firm or reputable legal practice
- Interest in one or more practice areas such as:
- Corporate / M&A
- Banking & Finance
- Real Estate
- Dispute Resolution
- Regulatory or Competition law
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages (e.g. German)
- First exposure to cross‑border or international legal matters
