As a Legal Associate you will support the legal team by assisting with commercial contracts, legal documents, and day-to-day legal matters across the business.
This is a great opportunity for an early-career legal professional to develop practical in-house experience, while working closely with cross-functional teams in international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review, draft a wide range of commercial agreements, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and RFP documentation.
- Help ensure contracts align with internal policies, legal requirements, and compliance obligations.
- Maintain accurate contract records and support contract lifecycle management processes.
- Assisting with the development and improvement of template agreements and playbooks.
- Supporting the business on client-facing and vendor negotiations.
Experience and skills:
- Around 1 year in business, law office or in-house team.
- Law degree
- Willingness to learn and develop in international environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
- Professional fluency in English, written and spoken
