【Job Responsibilities】
1. Handle overseas litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution related to the business.
2. Deal with inquiries, investigations, and complaints from overseas regulatory agencies.
3. Draft, review and revise day-to-day business contracts, provide risk assessments and legal consultation opinions to support business growth.
4. In charge of negotiations and legal document reviews related to overseas matters.
5. Complete other tasks arranged by the leadership.
