Currently we are looking for Junior Legal Analyst, who will join a team with a focus on compliance and privacy. The role provides opportunity for knowledge development and growth аs it will evolve over time.

Main responsibilities:

Help with support of data privacy inbox(es), perform a first analysis of queries, and respond to requests from dedicated countries using privacy management system.

Support with contract-related review and approval processes for supported contracts (e.g. intragroup data processing agreements), as well as run other contract management activities.

Support in the creation and maintenance of standard contract templates(focus on data privacy and compliance), clauses and their acceptable variances as well as playbooks, and provide translations.

Provide support to general questions from company’s branches or colleagues from different European countries

Keep content in internal legal management tool (e.g., correct wrong naming conventions where required) and support with other privacy related communications materials, support to organizing privacy meetings.

Requirements

University degree in Law OR Business management/ Compliance or comparable studies

1 – 2 years’ experience within an international company

Fluent in English ;

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills ; the ability communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders, colleagues, and external parties.

Highly diligent work ethic, with excellent attention to detail and the self-discipline to complete tasks comprehensively.

Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Enjoy working in a multicultural team and contribute to a diverse and international working environment.
