Responsibilities:
– Prepares in a timely manner procedural documents in different types of litigations as well as answers to courts under related supervision;
– Prepares reports on litigations for different purposes (NBR, auditors, internal requirements) if needed;
– Ensures the proper and timely representation in front of the courts & authorities related to the Litigations department activity;
– Ensures liaison with external law firms and authorities as required by the department’s activities;
– Informs about court decisions and provides support in their implementation ;
– Timely reports to the Supervisor any issue within the activity performed;
– Complies with general banking legal provisions and internal regulations ensuring the quality of the legal activity and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
– Solid knowledge of the legal system (civil and commercial law), and excellent orientation towards civil procedure;
– Excellent organization of the work time, capacity to meet short deadlines (including legal terms/court terms);
– Attention to details, analytical and observation sense;
– Reliable and proactive person, problem solving oriented;
– Communication and analytical skills;
– Ability to manage efficient relationships with internal and external clients.
