Job Description:

 

Become part of the company’s in house Legal Department and support the department’s Head in various legal matters.

Review and draft legal documents and contracts. 

Conduct legal research in various aspects of law including, real estate, partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions locally and internationally.

Manage various projects and ensure compliance with law regulations and licensing.

Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies locally and internationally.

Represent the company before courts of law and government departments when necessary.

Skills and experience:

 

Licensed Attorney with relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment.

Knowledge of civil law, commercial law, and Real Estate Law.

Knowledge of EU commercial law, GDPR, and ability to research in the various legal platforms locally and internationally.

Willingness to take on new projects and assume responsibility.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Excellent command of written and spoken professional English, additional languages are advantageous.

Computer literacy, good use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
