Currently, for one of our trusted clients – a law firm, based in the heart of Sofia, we are searching for Junior Lawyer.
Responsibilities:
• Advises corporate clients on cases and maintains direct communication with them;
• Prepares and reviews legal documents, opinions, and strategies;
• Conducts legal analyses and assesses cases of commercial, property, and administrative nature;
• Provides legal support on cases and negotiations.
Requirements:
• Completed legal education and lawyer qualification;
• 1+ years of experience in commercial, banking, administrative law, or procedural law (preferable but not necessary)
• Proficiency in English is mandatory;
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to analyze information and prepare legal solutions;
• Knowledge of German or French is considered an advantage.
