Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a junior lawyer in Sofia, with the flexibility of some work from home. What is expected from the junior lawyer is:
·      to assist in various legal matters, but mostly to specialize in corporate, commercial law and financing (including commercial and central pledges registers filings, anti-money laundry law, GDPR).
·      to conduct legal research and analysis, ensuring compliance with the relevant regulations;
·      to draft legal documents, and support partners and senior lawyers in client meetings and court proceedings;
·      to communicate with clients and efficiently manage tasks;
·      to keep track of the legislative amendments and provide updates to the team and clients.
Qualifications and skills
Master’s degree in law from an accredited institution;
Fluency in legal English language;
Legal research and writing skills;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work independently, but also collaboratively in a team environment;
Previous legal experience is an advantage, but not required.
