We are an International Real Estate Investment Group looking for a Junior Lawyer, for our office based in Lisbon – Parque das Nações.

Main responsibilities:
Support investors in applying for and obtaining the Investment Residence Permit (Golden Visa), Permanent Residence, and Portuguese Citizenship;
Apply for taxpayer numbers and assist in opening bank accounts;
Handle the notarization of documents;
Assist regular follow-ups on processes with AIMA;
Provide assistance to Non-Habitual Residents.
Ideal Candidate:
Law Degree from a Portuguese University and Active Professional Ballot in the respective Order (mandatory);
Proficiency in English, written and spoken (mandatory);
Minimum professional experience – 1 to 3 years post-admission practice;
Experience in notarial acts and related practice;
Availability and strong commitment;
Ability to work autonomouslyand proactivity;
Excellent organization skills, cooperation, self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team.
 This position is offered under a service provision basis (green receipts required).
