The Role:
Under the management of the General Counsel, you will advise the CEO and CFO on risk and litigation matters, ensuring court readiness. Candidates must have a commercial, pragmatic approach and strong organisational skills are essential. You will manage a varied deal-flow, liaise with the internal team and external solicitors, and report to the GC and Directors on commercial matters.
Candidate Skills and Experience Required:
– Irish Qualified (dual UK and Irish is a plus).
– 2-4 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE).
– Strong corporate/commercial training
– Strong litigation experience
– Exposure to Insolvency
– Excellent organisational skills.
– Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication skills.
