Role: Junior In-House Commercial Counsel
Location: Malta
Note: This is a hybrid-based role in Malta, requiring 3 days in the office. As we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role, applicants must already have the legal right to live and work in Malta.
What your day-to-day will look like:
As our Junior In-House Commercial Counsel at Reforged Studios, you’ll play an important role in supporting the business across a broad range of commercial legal matters. Working closely with senior legal leaders and key stakeholders, your day-to-day will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Reviewing non-disclosure agreements, commercial contracts and other legal documentation.
- Supporting ongoing mergers, acquisitions and corporate transactions.
- Supporting legal governance activities and internal compliance processes.
- Building effective working relationships with internal teams and external advisers.
- Assisting with legal due diligence activities and transaction documentation.
What we’d love to see from you:
- Qualified lawyer, solicitor or legal counsel admitted to practice by a recognised professional body.
- Successfully passed the relevant bar or professional qualification examinations.
- Experience in commercial transactions and/or intellectual property matters (desirable).
- Experience working with UK and/or US legal frameworks (desirable).
- Additional language skills, particularly French or German (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Our final stage interview is with our CEO, COO and Hiring Manager. This chat is more about you and a chance for you to find out more about Team Reforged! (Onsite)
