DeBee, Clark & Weber, PLLC is seeking a full-time attorney with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience to join our comprehensive estate planning and business transactions practice area. Experience with estate planning, probates, trust administration, business formation, tax law, and business transactions is required. Prior experience or training client development and management, supervising associate attorneys and/or legal assistants, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based client management software are strongly preferred.
