We are looking for a motivated Junior FinTech Lawyer to join our growing team. You will support the business with legal assistance on commercial and regulatory matters, helping ensure compliance while gaining valuable experience in the fast-paced FinTech industry.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:
• Provide day-to-day legal support to internal teams.
• Draft, review, and help negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Support the development of internal policies, procedures, and templates.
• Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments in FinTech.
• Assist with payment services, AML/CFT, GDPR, corporate law, and consumer protection matters.
• Identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
• Master's degree in Law (or final year of a Master's programme).
• Up to 2 years of legal experience or relevant internships.
• Strong interest in FinTech, financial services, and regulatory law.
• Basic knowledge of commercial, corporate, and contract law.
• Knowledge of payment services, AML/CFT, GDPR, or financial regulations is an advantage.
• Experience in FinTech, payments, banking, or online gambling is an advantage.
• Excellent legal research and drafting.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2+ or higher).
