Position
Description:
Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
Attend court hearings and assist senior lawyers in presenting cases.
Support in negotiations and mediation sessions for case settlements.
Assist in the preparation of family law cases, including gathering documents and evidence.
Draft legal documents such as divorce petitions, custody agreements, and settlement proposals.
Conduct research on family law statutes, case law, and legal precedents.
Skills &
Qualifications:
Must have 1 to 6 years of experience working in family law, handling matters such as divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence cases.
Must be a qualified lawyer with a law degree and a valid bar title to practice law.
Ability to conduct thorough research on family law issues, legal precedents, and case law.
