Junior Estate Planning Attorney (Remote) – Work from Home with Flexibility & Purpose
Are you a recent law school grad or a licensed attorney with 0–2 years of experience who’s passionate about helping people plan for their future? We’re a growing, boutique estate planning law firm looking for a Junior Estate Planning Attorney to join our team remotely. We focus on making estate planning approachable, strategic, and personalized—and we want someone who shares that vision.
Position Highlights:
Work from home with flexible hours
Base salary plus performance-based bonus
Hands-on experience with client meetings, design consultations, and trust/estate planning
Supportive mentorship from a seasoned estate planning attorney
Opportunity to grow into a senior role or develop your own niche practice area
Responsibilities:
Conduct Zoom-based client meetings
Help design custom estate plans under attorney supervision
Draft revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, deeds, and related documents
Answer client questions and guide them through the planning process
Help maintain our fun, caring, and professional client experience
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.)
Licensed to practice law in California or Arizona (or eligible to become licensed soon)
0–2 years of experience in estate planning or a demonstrated interest in the field
Tech-savvy, organized, and responsive
Excellent communication and writing skills
Positive, sunny attitude with a can-do spirit
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Compensation:
Base salary (starting at $60,000 depending on experience)
Bonus structure based on billings
