As a Junior Corporate Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring effective governance for investment fund structures and corporate legal entities in Luxembourg, with some responsibilities extending to other European jurisdictions.
Your Responsibilities
Responsible for entities under your responsibility, including organising meetings, preparing agendas, drafting minutes, and managing document execution.
Liaising with investor representatives for investor management, such as responding to queries and fulfilling KYC requests.
Coordinating with depositaries and transfer agents to manage operational requirements.
Maintaining internal records, including company registers, investor registers, and distribution lists.
Supporting day-to-day corporate housekeeping and governance of Luxembourg-based entities, as well as entities in other jurisdictions as needed.
Assisting with KYC checks on selected counterparties and maintaining the organisation’s KYC program.
Your Profile
A university degree in legal, business administration, or a related field, with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Fluency in English (verbal and written). Any other language is considered an advantage.
Solid knowledge of Luxembourg company law, practices, and the funds industry.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills.
The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
