We’re Hiring: Legal Assistant | Full-Time Position

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take the next step in your professional journey? We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our team! This is a salaried full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, structured environment where professionalism and communication are key.
What You’ll Do:
Communicate with clients and debtors
Verify Employment
Communication with Courts
Draft, edit, and manage legal documents and correspondence
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
Learn and utilize legal-specific software systems quickly and effectively
Opening client files;
Assisting with time entries;
Processing payments ; and
Assisting with general office duties.

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Please Note: This position includes a 90-day probationary period to ensure a great fit for both you and our team. After successful completion of the probationary period, there is potential for a pay increase based on performance and fit within the team.

Pay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour
