We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Compliance professional to join our team in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will support compliance initiatives, assist with audits, and contribute to fostering a culture of integrity within the organization.

What You’ll Do
Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Support the development and implementation of compliance programs
Conduct research on regulatory changes and assess impact
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance awareness
Participate in compliance audits and prepare reports
Provide training sessions on compliance policies for staff members
What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in law, finance, or related field
✅ At least 1 year of experience in a compliance role or similar environment
✅ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
✅ Knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to our industry
