Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team.
Responsibilities:
Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and pleadings
Perform legal research and manage case files
Coordinate and communicate with clients, courts, and third parties
Prepare trial exhibits and assist with trial preparation (Trial Director experience preferred)
Manage case deadlines and ensure timely filings
Utilize law firm timekeeping and document management systems efficiently
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate (or equivalent legal education/experience)
Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (2016 or newer)
Experience with legal research tools and document/time management systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Trial experience and familiarity with Trial Director software is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
