Established insurance defense litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow as a litigator alongside experienced and supportive attorneys. The firm represents clients in matters involving construction accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, toxic torts, products liability, automobile liability, and homeowner liability.
What You’ll Do:
+ Take and defend depositions
+ Draft and argue motions
+ Participate in court appearances and trials
+ Collaborate with attorneys on litigation strategy and case management

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ J.D. from an accredited law school
+ Admission to the New York State Bar
+ 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience or related practice area
+ Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
+ Positive attitude and commitment to professional growth
