Position Overview:
This is an ideal opportunity for a newly licensed attorney with a passion for real estate law. As a Junior Attorney, you will work closely with the founder and legal consultants on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, zoning, and development agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents
Support due diligence efforts on prospective acquisitions
Help manage closing processes for real estate transactions
Research real estate regulations, zoning codes, and title issues
Liaise with municipal offices, attorneys, and outside counsel as needed
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (or awaiting bar results)
Strong interest in real estate law and transactions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to learn and work directly with experienced professionals
