Salt & Associates, a leading international law firm, is looking for a Junior Associate – Lawyer to join our growing team in Baghdad. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled legal professional who is eager to develop their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate, commercial, or litigation practice.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong legal drafting and communication skills.
• Law degree from a recognized Iraqi public university (Baghdad University, Al-Nahrain University, or Al-Mustansiriyah University).
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to provide high-quality legal opinions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in handling client matters.
• Experience in handling contracts, corporate matters, or litigation is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to international legal practices.
