We’re looking for a junior lawyer who enjoys intellectual property and is excited to build a broad practice.
What you’ll do
- Assist with intellectual property litigation
- Advise on trademark, copyright, and commercial IP matters
- Draft agreements and legal documents
- Conduct legal research
- Work directly with clients under the guidance of senior lawyers
What we’re looking for
- Called to the Ontario Bar
- 1–3 years of post-call experience
- Experience in intellectual property and litigation is an asset
- Patent Agent and/or Trademark Agent qualification is an asset
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
- Strong advocacy, drafting, and analytical skills
