Job Description
- Conduct legal research and analyse laws, regulations, and industry developments.
- Draft and review contracts, legal memoranda, corporate documents, and legal advice.
- Assist with M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and investment projects.
- Participate in legal due diligence exercises and transaction support.
- Liaise with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare client alerts, newsletters, and seminar materials.
- Support senior lawyers across a range of corporate and commercial matters.
- Contribute to business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Graduate from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, University of Economics and Law (HCMC), Hanoi Law University, or the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (Hanoi)
- 4+ years of legal experience, preferably gained within a reputable law firm.
- Exposure to corporate, M&A, investment, or commercial matters.
- Strong drafting and communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to client service.
