Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Junior Associate with a keen interest in corporate law and M&A to join our team in Zaventem or Antwerp.
You will work together with a team of dedicated lawyers to assist clients with legal issues related to:
corporate law
mergers – demergers
acquisitions
corporate governance
corporate compliance
legal due diligence
restructuring and joint ventures
You will be involved in a broad range of projects and provide a wide scope of legal services to our national and international clients.
You will attend meetings with clients and maintain strong relationships with them.

Skills & Qualifications
You (will soon) hold a master degree in law with a focus on corporate law.
An additional qualification in corporate law or an international experience is an asset.
A first professional experience in a law firm (e.g. an internship) is an asset.
You are eager to learn and you have the ambition to excel in this legal field.
You have strong analytical and writing skills.
You speak Dutch and are fluent in English.
You are a real team player.
