Role Description We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Junior or Associate Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing property investment and asset management business based in our head office in Cork.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional to work directly with our senior management team across a diverse and active property portfolio, gaining exposure to high-volume transactions and strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with residential and commercial property acquisitions, sales, and disposals
• Supporting the management of lettings, lease negotiations, and other Landlord and Tenant related matters
• Coordinating legal due diligence and transaction execution
• Liaising with external solicitors, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
• Providing practical legal and commercial support to senior management
• Contributing to wider company projects, growth initiatives, and operational improvements
The Ideal Candidate:
• Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with experience in conveyancing and property transactions
• Strong understanding of Irish property law and conveyancing processes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Eager to take ownership of matters and develop alongside a growing business
