Mina Kaouni and Associates Law Firm is seeking to strengthen our team with a Junior Associate to join our Commercial Law Department for an in-house collaboration.
Desired Qualifications:
• Licensed attorney in Greece.
• Master’s degree, preferably in Commercial Law, Tax Law, or Administrative Law.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in the relevant field.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of commercial and financial practices.
• Proven ability to provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate and tax law matters to a high-profile clientele.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative and independent judgment.
• Experience in preparing legal reports and assessments for a diverse client base.
