️ Responsibilities:
Defend clients in employment law, professional liability,commercial litigation, and securities arbitrations, litigating in New York state and federal courts, including FINRA proceedings.
Draft sophisticated pleadings, such as motions to dismiss and arbitration briefs, to secure favorable outcomes in cases valued at $500K–$5M, per 2024 regulations.
Conduct depositions and witness interviews, crafting targeted strategies to uncover evidence in disputes like wrongful termination or malpractice claims.
Manage complex discovery, including e-discovery and privilege reviews, ensuring compliance with federal and state court deadlines.
Advise clients on litigation risks and settlement strategies, fostering long-term relationships to support business development.
Mentor junior associates, guiding their case preparation to strengthen the firm’s diverse practice areas.
