What You’ll Be Doing
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses for $5M+ liability disputes or NY Supreme Court filings, nailing strategy every time.
Conduct thorough legal research on NY insurance regs, coverage disputes, and multi-state liability precedents that win cases.
Assist in all stages of litigation, drafting deposition summaries, witness outlines, and exhibits for high-stakes defenses.
Attend depositions, court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, backing senior attorneys on game-changing cases.
Prepare case evaluations, coverage opinions, and reports for clients, delivering sharp, cost-smart strategies.
✔ Who You Are
✔ 1-4 years in insurance defense or litigation—boutique or mid-tier firm experience a plus.
