Wally’s Auto Group is looking for a title clerk!
We pay based on experience. Full Time Monday – Friday 8am – 5PM
The essential job duties referenced above are important for the job to be accomplished. Other job duties may be required.
Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be tiled.
Prepare tax and title documents.
Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications.
Check for accuracy in the application and ensure all information is completed correctly.
Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work. Report to management on the status of any missing or problem titles.
Maintain strict compliance with all Title laws and filing requirements.
Accurately record and file completed vehicle sales deals.
Take incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate destination
Offer pleasant meet and greet attitude towards customers, vendors, employees
Process customer payments, accepting cash, check, or credit card
Participate and keep up to date with on the job training and continuing education required by Manufacturers, Vendors and other outside sources as requested by Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
