As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a driven, self-motivated Junior Associate to join our team in Johannesburg.
The Role
We are seeking a capable and ambitious Junior Associate with a strong background in labour law litigation. In this role, you won't just be assisting—you will have the autonomy to manage your own case files from initial instruction/inception right through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
* Independently managing a diverse caseload of labour and employment law matters from inception to finality.
* Drafting high-quality pleadings, notices, legal opinions, contracts, and internal policies.
* Representing clients and appearing at the CCMA, bargaining councils, and Labour Court.
* Providing strategic legal advice to clients on both substantive and procedural labour matters.
* Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with the LRA, BCEA, EEA, and other relevant statutes.
Requirements & Qualifications
*LLB Degree and admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
*Minimum of 3 years post-admission experience (PQE) specializing specifically in Labour Law litigation.
Essential:
* Extensive, demonstrable experience running matters at the CCMA and various bargaining councils.
* Proven ability to run files independently with minimum supervision.
* Exceptional drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight court and tribunal deadlines.
Availability: Ability to start immediately or on very short notice is highly preferred.
