LITIGATION ASSOCIATE
Collegial insurance defense firm seeks a skilled mid-to-senior level associate to join their growing team.
demonstrable experience independently taking depositions.
GCL, PI and tort litigation (plaintiff/recovery side experience will be considered)
excellent writing and presentation skills.
motivated to present a quality product to clients
ability to run and manage files with limited supervision
courtroom and trial experience considered a plus
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years professional background in related litigation work and current admission to the New York State Bar is required.
The Firm’s offices are centrally located in the White Plains area and the position can be Remote or Hybrid remote for the right individual; Technologically adept office permits flexibility for daily work location.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
