Position Details:
Job Title: California Licensed Attorney (Remote)
Experience Level: 2-9 years of experience
Work Environment: Fully remote with provided workstation
Location: Candidates must reside in Southern California (minimal travel required)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage cases from inception to resolution under the guidance of senior attorneys
Meet with clients, witnesses, administrative agencies, and opposing counsel (primarily virtual)
Draft and file complaints, motions, and discovery responses
Conduct legal research and analysis
Take and defend depositions
Participate in mediations and court appearances
Assist with trial preparation and execution
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in California
Passion for employee advocacy and learning case management from start to finish
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with the team
Commitment to professional growth and skill development
Salary and Benefits:
