We are currently seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
Organize and maintain client files and legal documents
Coordinate client meetings and document signings
Perform legal research related to estate planning and probate matters
Communicate with clients to gather information and provide status updates
Prepare and file probate forms and court filings as needed
Assist attorneys with trust funding, asset review, and beneficiary designations
Ensure accuracy and compliance with Georgia laws and legal standards
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning
Knowledge of Georgia estate and probate law
Strong drafting and proofreading skills
High attention to detail and organizational abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in legal software (e.g., Clio, WealthCounsel, MyCase, or similar) and Microsoft Office
Paralegal certificate or equivalent education preferred but not required
