Silver Law Group, P.C. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Legal Assistant to support our legal team and help grow our presence across social media platforms. This dual-role position combines creative digital marketing responsibilities with essential legal administrative support. Ideal candidates will be tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable working in both legal and marketing capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Duties:
Assist with filming and editing short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Post and manage content across a personal injury attorney’s social media accounts.
Track engagement metrics and help develop content strategies to boost visibility and brand awareness.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and legal marketing best practices.
Legal Administrative Duties:
Assist a personal injury attorney with filing legal documents via certified mail and New York State Courts Electronic Filing System (NYSCEF).
Organize and maintain filing records and proof of service documents.
Communicate with court staff, process servers, and clients as needed.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all filing procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 – $18.00 per hour
