Judicial Clerk III Jobs in United States at Hawaii State Judiciary
Open position: Senior Paralegal position in a small firm of one attorney and staff. The practice is focused on Latin-American consular processes, adjustments of status and other CIS applications, Asylum, and Immigration Court cases. Experience in all of the above areas is required.
Job Summary: salary will depend on your experience and skills. Communication in general is extremely important:
– English/Spanish speaking/reading/writing;
– Relevant immigration casework experience as described above;
– Strong computer and software skills – and ready to learn more;
– Preference for small office environment, regular schedule, few emergencies;
– Incoming calls, direct callers to staff, schedule appointments for clients and prospective clients;
– Open and close cases in our system;
– Other clerical duties such as organizing, scanning and photocopying;
– Supervising other staff.
Compensation and benefits:
– Salary depends on skills and experience;
– Ten paid holidays per year;
– Six paid sick days when starting, additional vacation.
